We are becoming a Social Enterprise!

TE Tracks is a socially purposed company dedicated to reducing pressures and transforming urgent, emergency, and crisis care.

We do this by supporting Allied Health (AHPs) and Social Care Professionals to play a stronger, more integrated role through training, coaching and consultancy.

By reinvesting 50% of profits, we will expand access to learning, develop innovative approaches to workforce development, and reduce barriers for disadvantaged groups in accessing this support.

Our work aligns with the NHS Long Term Plan’s three shifts and the Department of Health and Social Care’s commitment to integration by moving care closer to the community, strengthening prevention and recovery, and breaking down silos across professions. Through practical development and system-focused support, we aim to reduce pressure on services, improve patient outcomes, and ensure that vulnerable groups receive the right care that meets their physical, mental, and social health needs.
